While working with customers, we’re constantly learning about their needs and managing inquiries that arise. As a result, we’ve included a list of frequently asked questions along with answers in order to provide additional support. If your question isn’t addressed below, get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to provide the information you need.

Do vending services cost anything to us, the customer?

No! Vending services from JJG doesn't cost anything to you. We bring in the equipment, product, and restocking services all at no cost to you. We work with you to determine where to place machines that's best for both of us. That gives your customers and employees the easiest access and us the best foot traffic to continue being able to provide quality service. 

What if I am not satisfied with JJG Vending?

While this rarely happens, if it does then we work with you to resolve the issue and find the best solution or plan. If it cannot be resolved, then we will remove our machines in a reasonable and timely manner.

What products do you carry?

We carry roughly 167 different products, and can provide a product catalog upon request. Generally, we offer a wide range of your standard chips, cookies, crackers, candies, pastries, granola and protein bars, and a wide variety of sodas, juices, energy drinks, and waters. We do carry some healthier alternatives, and some dry good food items, and can stock those in some machines. Contact us for more information.
